Shipping and Delivery
At Ember Hair Co, we are committed to providing fast and efficient shipping.
We offer two shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: Free on orders over $50. Orders under $50 incur a flat rate shipping fee.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, meaning your items will be picked, packed, and prepared for shipment during that time. Once processed, delivery takes approximately 5-10 business days, depending on your location.
Please note that our order cutoff time is 4 PM EST. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the next business day.
Cancellations:
If you need to cancel an order, please reach out to us via email within 12 hours of placing it. After this window, your order may already be processed and we may not be able to cancel it.
Damages and Issues:
We ask that you inspect your order upon receiving it. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately with proof, and we will gladly send a replacement.
